it's halloween and a big group of us are leaving to go wandering. i'm wearing something thrown together at the last minute--a big green poofy blanket, a green hat, and something on my face--and suddenly realize what i should have done is borrowed elise's long jacket and gone as a flasher.

we separate some and i'm with a few other people heading off along the edge of a large flat land area (the drop to our left). we realize something very big is approaching and hide under an overhang. listening to them talk we realize they want to charge us some sort of toll to pass into this area.

after a bit they find us and tell us we have to pay. i get upset and start lecturing her about how nobody is supposed to have to pay anybody to go anywhere in this world, and who do they think they are. they look at me funny and insist on payment..

we kill some time and wander around some where we are (but don't proceed). after a while we head back, except that one of our party i realize is missing and has snuck off ahead. i'm suspicious of him and convinced he's up to something nefarious.

we meet up with some of the rest of the party later. they all decide i need a haircut and we go into a salon, except it seems like they're cutting someone's else's hair because i can see what they're doing. it's super short except a seam-like looking thing going around about ear level that looks like a ridge or fold. prevailing fashion aside, it looks pretty cool.

can't control my jaw again. after maybe the third clench my jaw comes up and forward and separates something from the top, as if i'm wearing braces or a retainer. i slowly open my mouth and i have a half arc of teeth, without the roots, separated from the top of my mouth.
